What is the cancellation and refund policy?

We understand that plans can change. Here's our cancellation policy:

  • 90+ days before the event: Full refund, no questions asked.
  • 30–89 days before the event: 50% refund or full credit toward a future NeuralSummit.
  • Under 30 days: No refund, but your ticket is fully transferable to a colleague.

To initiate a cancellation, please email tickets@neuralsummit.ai with your order number.

Are group discounts available?

Absolutely — we love welcoming teams to NeuralSummit! Groups of 5 or more attendees receive a minimum of 10% off the standard ticket price. Larger groups may qualify for even greater savings:

  • 5–9 tickets: 10% discount
  • 10–19 tickets: 15% discount
  • 20+ tickets: 20% discount + dedicated account manager

Everything in Standard, plus access to hands-on workshops, deep-dive technical sessions, speaker meet-and-greets, and on-demand session recordings post-event.
👑 VIP Executive Pass
Everything in Pro, plus exclusive VIP lounge access, private roundtable dinners with industry leaders, priority seating, and a curated gift package.

Is virtual or hybrid attendance available?

Yes! NeuralSummit is a fully hybrid event. Our Virtual Pass gives you live-streamed access to all keynotes and selected sessions, interactive Q&A participation, access to the virtual networking platform, and on-demand recordings for 60 days post-event.

The virtual experience is delivered through our dedicated NeuralSummit platform — no special software required, just a modern web browser. Live sessions are streamed in HD with real-time captions.

Virtual Pass holders can upgrade to an in-person pass at any time before the event, with the virtual ticket price credited toward the difference.

Can I request a visa invitation letter?

Yes. We issue official visa support letters to registered attendees who require one for their visa application. To request a letter, please ensure you have:

  • A confirmed, paid registration for NeuralSummit
  • Your full legal name as it appears on your passport
  • Your passport number and nationality
  • Your country of visa application

Submit your request via visa@neuralsummit.ai. Letters are typically issued within 3–5 business days. We recommend applying for your visa at least 8 weeks before the event date.

Please note: An invitation letter does not guarantee visa approval. NeuralSummit is not responsible for visa decisions made by immigration authorities.
